Little Artists for Virtual Reality is a creative workshop for kids that transforms hand-drawn artwork into a virtual reality (VR) world! This workshop teaches kids to draw in a prescribed format ready for VR and converts their artwork into immersive environments. The little artist also gets to publish his/her artwork using Presence’s proprietary VR program to showcase it. This workshop is an easy, experiential introduction to VR through art and is great fun for both the kid and the accompanying parent.
Little Artists for Virtual Reality is suitable for pre-schoolers and requires no prior knowledge of coding and art background. VR viewers will be provided for the VR experience.
This programme is suitable for participants aged 4 to 7 years old. Participants aged 6 and below must be accompanied by a guardian aged 16 years old and above.
Participants are required to bring (1) an iPhone; (2) colouring supplies e.g. coloured pencils, crayons, art markers (whichever colouring medium the participant prefers).
Admission is free and registration is required.
Participants are advised to arrive on time, as allocated seats will be released to interested participants 10 minutes after the start of the workshop.
